2025 NIOA Training Conference

Below is basic information on the conference, but for the full agenda and any updates or changes, click the Training Conference link at the top of the page.

All fees must be paid by Sunday, August 10, 2025

• Conference attendees must register themselves. You cannot register multiple attendees.
  
• Pre-registration is required, no walk-ins will be accepted.
• The NIOA accepts check and credit cards for conference fees. Purchase orders are not accepted.
• There are no refunds or transfers or changes after August 10.

Conference Fees

If you are a member and register by June 30 the cost is $650.00. If you register as a non-member before June 30, the cost is $750.00. With the $750 fee, you get membership for the rest of 2025. If you register July 1 or after regardless of membership status, the cost is $775.00. This also includes membership for the rest of 2025. You can register early and pay later. All fees are due by August 10.

Hotel Information:

The Sheraton Sand Key is the host hotel. Rooms are $148.00, plus taxes. Here is the link to make reservations- Book your group rate for NIOA 2025

The NIOA will provide breakfast Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Lunch and dinner are on your own.

Conference dress is business casual. No shorts or flip flops, please!
